******* Debit Orders by REAL PAY.

HiI was wondering if you would be able to assist me? I did my debidorders for my business through Real Pay. Because of bad ,slow and poor service we had a disagreement. A Mr Luan Cloete canceled my contract with Real Pay.Effective end of March 2020. I have the cancellation letter, if anyone wants a copy. Now they Keep taking Money from the members. The monies is paid into my account ,but i can t see who the member is. I am loosing members because of this and it makes my live very difficult. Now i have to explain to every member that they still take money that they are not suppose to and that i am trying my best to stop them from taking the money, but their Luan Cloete just ignores me I am doing refunds for my members but it is really a bad refection on me.Please would you tell me what info you need of me ,so we can stop this company from *******ly taking monies that their not suppose to. I was informed today of another one of my members that Real Pay took money from. Now i have to explain and do a refund. Please be ware of Real Pay and Luan Cloete. They are a company with no integrity and i would be very careful to do any business with them.
