One of the worst agencies I have ever had to deal with. The year I rented from them we moved in late as the previous tenants did not move out in time. And although they charge per day if you moved out late, we were not compansated for moving in late.

The propery was handed over dirty to us as they said the previous tenants did not have time to clean it as they moved out late.

While staying there our entertainment area were flooded with every rain and we battled 6 months to get the roof fixed through the agency.

When we moved out after the year, I was told to get a COC on the electrical as we were using a generator and replace a outside door where we installed a doggy door. I paid for the COC and replaced the door with a new door.

When I moved out I cleaned the place and washed the floors and gave the place spotless. I was told we would have our deposit of R27 000 refunded in 7 days.

I kept contact with the rental agent to ensure there are no delays with the refund of the deposit as we need that money urgently as we already paid deposit and rental on our new lease.

The day we were supposed to get our deposit back, I received a quote for clening of the property from a company in Johannesburg for R1800 excl VAT. They simply said if I dont sign the quote to be deducted from the deposit, they will not refund the deposit even though I returned the property in a much better state as I received it.

During our stay we always paid on time and never paid late, yet this is how you get treated by them.

Needless to say we still dont have our deposit back!

Avoid Realnet Centurion Core at all costs! Rather rent through another agency!
