False advertising

False adverti*****t of the realme C75 Advertised as shatter proof and waterproof but the phone fell half an arms length from the floor and the whole screen shattered and in the videos it shows how the phone gets dropped from above a person's head and nothing happens so please explain how this happened to my phone and it's not even 2 months old
