Shocking treatment

I'd suggest you take time and choose your Reality Agencies accordingly if you dont want to be disrespected by a certain young lady by the name Angie. Long story short, due to the owners of the property refusing to clean their dogs **** from our front entrance door, a fight broke out, we gave the agency our notice. The agency, decides they want to bring someone to view the house, which under normal circumstances is fine, but how do you tell people at 6 am that you want to bring someone to view the house at 11am on a saturday morning? Must be based on the assumption that the tenants dont have much to do but sit at home. I explain to the young madam,Angie that i dont see why i should jump for such last minutes requests when dog **** has been sitting right next to our door for 2 weeks without it being removed, even though we had asked the agency to intervene as the owners made it clear they were not interested, to which Angie replies " dont send me snotty messages, I'm not your PA ,you could have asked the landlords to remove the dog **** yourselves." The fact that she could type such a message and send it, makes me wonder what sort of business practice is being used within this establishment? If you have no respect or communication skills,perhaps you shouldnt be in this industry. Maslow Reality is not the estate agency it seems to be at all. Disappointing, if not pathetic.
