Bad service

I rented a place in sasolburg for the past 2 years. After i gave notice i saw the real colours if the agents. I am still waiting for my dep. No suddenly there is problems after fhe owner said that i am a very trustworthy payer my rent was paid in full every month. Now i cant get my dep back. The carpets was washed and the agent sawed it no the carpets are dirty. They installed a new toilet door after the 1st door was broken. After 2 years the door is not the same. All i want is my dep and not stories it is money not peanuts. Please stop the things and pay my dep out
