Reliable cars NOT RELIABLE THEY AHOULD CHANGE THEIR NAME TO UNRELIABLE CARS

My husband bought a bakkie 2 months ago from reliable cars. He was told that the bakkie had a full service. Upon driving the bakkie for a couple of days he noticed that the bakkie is heavy on petrol, the pull a way was slow and had a noice in the steering rack. Phillip (husband) contacted the owner Ryan *** and informed him about the issues, the owner was then very snotty with him. Phillip started to service the bakkie himself and the air filter was litterely falling apart the plugs wasn't changed the oil was old and bad.. He replaced everything that he could on this bakkie still keeping the owner in the loop and still getting snotty remarks and attitude from the owner Ryan. Phillip drove the bakkie one morning and the bakkie just left him stranded on the road he had to be towed home (extra expenses) and the owner only supp**** R 3000.00 back to Phillip, whereby the guy that gave Phillip a lift was the " mechanic" that "serviced" the bakkie from "Reliable Cars" . Phillip had to replace the engine mountings, and shocks, there is nothing reliable about them as they don't have an office number the owner Ryan doesn't answer his phone when Phillip calls him? This is very bad service and no humanity at all ! I would not recommend anyone to his business as he just wants money and doesn't care about customer service to build his business!!! The owner mother and father Manny *** also has attitude and bad service. All we are asking is for full refund plus the extra money spent on the bakkie to which we have all the paperwork to prove. Want the difference on the shocks that Ryan deducted the radio didn't / doesn't work at all.
