Bad Customer Service from Real Wood and Alluminium

My bad customer service experience with Real Wood and Alluminium started with the fact that 100% of the material and installation costs for laminate wooden floors to be installed (12m sqr) had to be paid before they lifted a finger....<br> <br> The product was installed in the course of about 3 hours with multiple defects:<br> <br> 1. Poor Cutting of the boards, with sections of the floor against the wall not being covered by skirting.<br> 2. Layout of the planks not explained or agreed upfront, resulting in some planks at the wall being cut very short, and some edges of adjacent interior planks being spaced &lt
