An utterly deplorable company

I purchased products in excess of R1000 in March. To date, I have not received any communication about when my items will be delivered to me.

Their number on the website does not work, they provide no email address to contact their sales team and I've filled in the online contact form multiple times per week. Contacting them on social media elicits no response. I've even contacted the international branch which was no help as they are not responsible for the South African site.

I have never experienced such frustration with an online purchase before. Forget pathetic - their customer service is non existent!

They really should be ashamed of themselves!
