Real Success pay but get nothing

I paid for a course and I did not receive the course. Also, we were told that we interact directly with the SA team of Real Success. Sadly, this is also not true as they don't respond to any email other than a standard response of be patient. The USA based entity then react and say I have to wait 48 hours. Still nothing no delivery, no progress, no acknowledgement. I just lost my money.
