In person at my house the agent (Josh Keet) told me their fees would be 6 to 10 percent. When I signed the paperwork I should have read the fees closely but I was leaving overseas at the time and because of our conversation we had I assumed it would be a max of 10 percent for management fee (on the paperwork the fees are confusing I'm assuming this is because they try to **** as many people as possible) They then kept the first 3 months of my rental income. I was also told they would do an inspection half way and at the end of the lease but not even one was done. I realise it's my mistake for trusting an agent and being in a hurry to sign the paperwork but I would never use them again. They take 15 percent just to find a tenant then ontop of that a management fee. Not sure if they ****med so many people that this is why they are rebranding to Real Realty or because the company got bought out but either way hope this message finds as many people as possible.
