07.06.2016 I left home at 6 am to be at the head office Address: Suite 202 Block A Cresta Junction c/o Judges Avenue and Beyers Naudé Drive Cresta 2194 at 7:30 am for the second interview which was awesome news. PRECIOUS MOLEFE called me into the office and introduced me to NJABULO NDIBONGO (APPARENTLY A TRAINER ),We greeted shook hands and walked out. NJABULO and i walked down the passage and stopped in the middle asked for my cv (I DON'T HAVE IT I HAD REP**** HE THEN WENT ON TO SAYING THAT ITS NOT PROFESSIONAL OF ME NOT TO HAVE IT )I explained it to that I've been for 1st interview and that its with the guy that interviewed me....He was explaining what was going to be done today and that he needs my full attention - all well I agreed to it . I was then told to put my mobile device off for focusing reasons....okay I did! NJABULO then went on by saying we will be in the field there are 2 sections to today a morning and an afternoon where by he will then explain salary ETC . STILL STANDING IN THE MIDDLE OFF THE PASSAGE WHILST PEOPLE WALKING THROUGH AND AROUND US)VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.......... NJABULO then told me to go and sit back in the reception area until he is ready for me.Told me not to talk to anyone as they are also applying for the position and if caught on my device at any time during the day I'll be disqualified LIKE WHAT THE HELL...... NJABULO and I then went down stairs in the parking lot had a smoke and jumped into a car where we were accompanied by 3 other gentlemen.Njabulo then asked do I know where LONEHILL is I rep**** NO. Once at LoneHill mall he started talking and I had asked about salary NJABULO REP**** IT'S A 6 DAY JOB MONDAYS TO SATURDAY 6AM TO 6 PM AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS BUT YOU ONLY GET A COMMISION NO BASIC so I asked why didn't he tell me this back at the office I would have wasted my time coming all the way here Njabulo then got angry saying I have 3 options 1. I must call someone to fetch me 2. I must use public transport 3. I must wait till 6 to go back to the office but I can't hang out anywhere near where the promotion site was. MY CAR WAS LEFT AT THE HEAD OFFICE. I'M DRIVING FOR 10 YEARS NEVER HAVE I CAUGHT PUBLIC TRANSPORT I WALKED FROM LONE HILL 9:30 am PAST fourways mall past Monte Casino over the high way past Maserati Dealership past Land Rover and I managed to get a taxi which then took me to the rank and then I had to take another taxi to Cresta which head office is just opposite I arrived at 12:32 pm. I get back to the head office and speak to Michelle who then calls PRECIOUS MOLEFE who has such a attitude she asked what the issue is....I'LL TELL YOU AGAIN 1. I SHOULD HAVE BEEN INFORMED FORM THE BEGIN. 2. The trainer has such a ****ed up attitude like I'm doing him a favour. 3.PRECIOUS AFTER EXPLAINING THIS TO HER HAS THE ****EN ORDASITY TO ASK SO WHAT'S THE PROBLEM. 4.PRECIOUS GOES ON BY SAYING THE COMPANY ISN'T FOR ME AND IM NOT FOR THE COMPANY........ PATHETIC ATTITUDE FROM . PRECIOUS AND THE SO CALL TRAINER....PEOPLE LIKE YOUR THINK PEOPLE HAVE NOTHING BETTER TO DO THEN PLAY YOUR STUIPED GAMES.. WHY WASN'T I ASKED IF I HAVE A CAR? i mean you brought me from the office you should be able to take me bac****!!! why wasn't salary explained at the office.....wait passage sorry..... The service and attitude that iv received and dealing with your company in one day is pathetic,********* and unprofessional how can you have people in positions that can't do there job in the right manner. Even Michelle was very stunned at the response from Precious . I hope this go to higher heads in the company and please call me for further info on this matter........ as people don't know there job titles and how it should be done you guys are running a circus. I'll make sure I never refer anyone to the company. I didn't lose out on anything you guys lost a great personal that would have brought a lot to the company . SANESH RAMPHAL ********** 012
