Unfair labour practices and unprofessional. They have contracts with nearly all the major network providers in the country and are deploying sales teams to reach sales targets for them. Furthermore, they are making all their clients complicit in this ******* operation.

Sales & Marketing Manager positions are a ****. See points below:

- 12 working hours a day (6am-6pm). - Sales employees work 6 days a week (Monday-Saturday). - Previous work experience not valued. CV's mean nothing to this company. - Sales and Marketing Managers only promoted internally (8-12 months training mandatory). - All new sales staff start at the bottom. - Training takes 8 to 12 months with no guarantee of promotion. - Only offer entry-level salaries (R7,000-R14,000) but not committed to paying. - Many people have been left stranded without being paid for work done. - Own car required but salary structure doesn't compensate for using your own resources for the job. - Sales staff also expected to use their own airtime and data during the sales process. - Network marketing structures used to build sales teams. - Managers responsible for building sales teams, company only provides training. - Do not allow prospective employees to work through notice period. - The recruitment process is deceptive. - Utilizes mass interview process, 4 people per meet and greet session lasting 10-15 min. - Prospective candidates are given the same interview appointment time-slot but when you walk into reception you are 1 out of 50 or more candidates waiting for the same interview. - Candidates walk in through the front door and are let out through the back.
