REAL PROMO OR REAL ****O ?

DO NOT WORK HERE! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! My experience as an employee : I started working with Real Promotions 27th January 2021, on my second interview i was taken into Johannesburg cbd (town) i was scared and extremely nervous, however i needed the job to support myself so i went back.

The following days i was taken around Johannesburg, i had to walk unreasonable distances to make sales (door to door sales) Even during pouring rain.

I then asked to be transferred to the call centre department, i was assisted but however i was bul**** by follow employees who used my race and extremely personal information as group discussion talking points ( this entailed my ***ual life which i was extremely disappointed with )

As a fibre sales agent i was expected to be at work at 6 am on Monday to Friday and leave at 7 pm (if i came to work after 6am i then would be made to feel extremely traumatized by other employees, if i would leave before 7pm i would be attacked by numerous people.

The trainers here felt entitled and would abuse their rank to get personal details from me. We would receive motivational speeches on not to take lunch breaks. My bathroom time would be monitored by my trainer who would attack me if i would use the bathroom for longer than 3/4 minutes.

I left during the course of April, i noticed i have not being paid yet, when i took the matter up with one of the managers, he simply said because i left the company he can not help me and i had to take the matter up with HR.

This place target's people who are in a desperate need of a job, manipulating their beliefs, brainwashing you to believe what they want you to.
