Pyramid scheme

I encourage everybody to do their research before even accepting an opportunity with this business that I know is a scheme. They set unrealistic expectations of becoming a boss and owning your own office. The timeline of becoming a so-called boss is also unrealistic they are basically selling you a **** dream of becoming successful so that you can work for free for them. Their working hours of 6am till 6pm is crazy especially if you are starting off with no pay for a couple of months. The job is degrading. I took this opportunity to study the company and they really live through desperate vulnerable people. Everybody is looking for a job so they are taking advantage of your situation. It is crazy how brainwashed their employees are working towards becoming a boss. This company is good at what they do because they have a good office they look the part but please do not be fooled it's ********* what they are doing. I mean this has to be a pyramid scheme: you start off as a consultant(no pay) , move on to trainee manager (no pay), then to assistant manager( little pay), then manager big boss ( you get shares within the company so apparently you get to do nothing and you earn money). Just the levels alone is telling me this is a pyramid scheme. Nobody can explain to you how it is so easy to become a boss. Be very careful about this company. Once you sign that contract and you eventually just want to resign you will have to pay a fee, that's how they get you. Be careful!
