Horrible Service Real Promotions!!!!!

A Real Promotions promoter (Lucia Malapane) sold me a Telkom LTE Contract about a month ago and promised me that I would receive my LTE router and sim within a week. She also promised that their service is much better than the actual Telkom shop's service and that they supp**** much faster speed and higher quality routers than the actual Telkom outlet would. I waited three weeks and did not receive anything, I followed up last week and was promised that my router and sim would be delivered within the week. I waited another week and followed up again today just to be told by rude sales person that they would have to restart the whole process and that I could expect delivery next week sometime, which is Christmas week.... Absolutely horrible service from start to finish.
