BAD CUSTOMER SERVIVE - REAL PROMOTIONS

<p>Lelo Ndlovu came into our company offices with her team of people. They were selling a promotion for Telkom Huwuai WIfi Routers. Huge selling Pitch that all it costs is R549 a month for the 30gb package, no extra costs. The router was not activated as per the Telkom Call centre agent I then sent Lelo an e mail to contact me on my mobile so I can explain to her what the agent said she ignored my request and repojnded with an e mail so unprofessional. I made contact with Telkom today enquiring about when we will receive our montly 30Gb just to be notified that we signed up for a 20GB contract which was not as per the agreement sign. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANYONE DOING BUSINESS WITH LELO NDLOVU AS SHE CLEARLY DOESNT CARE ABOUT HER CLIENTS, BUT ONLY THE SALE!!! </p>
