Experience through interviews

I am not impressed at all. They do not share anything to you until last minute so basically they get your hopes up and string you along for nothing. I first app**** for the receptionist position that was available, the interview was very short and brief, during the interview the manager highlighted some interest in a different department within the company for marketing and sales. I told him I dont have experience in that field but I would be willing to learn. I got called to come again the next day (Nowhere in the call was it highlighted that I did not make it for the receptionist position) okay I get there and I am told im going for an interview for sales position (How) okay i proceed and pass the first round of interview, called in for second round and this is when I felt I have been too patient and understanding with this company. The second round I was told I am assigned to someone who will prepare me for a test and one must get 100% on the test and we must ask questions throughout the day, I will be shown what I will do if I pass (LIES) Firstly i was not allowed to speak to anyone, I was seated in the call centre room while others were working, tell me how do you ignore people around you? I was reprimanded to greeting people, I was told my body language was not welcoming/inviting (How when I need to pretend like I am invisible) the person assigned to me only highlighted 2 questions that I needed to remember for the test (cool) The test came and the first details of the test I couldnt fill in because I didnt understand I asked for explanation but was ignored (Mind you i wanted to make sure where to put my name) I was not looking for answers. The test was taken to the manager and he was upset that I didnt put my name (what if i put my name in the wrong section)? Secondly the last part of the test asked one to rate their skills and the manager was upset that I said my strongest skill is Admin and weakest is Sales (How when this whole time I have been saying I dont have sales skills but admin skills). In conclusion the people that work there are very overwhelming, pompous and will sell you the dream that working there is the best thing ever. You will work your ass off for nothing in the end, put your all only to get told you need to come as early at 5:30am if you want to move a certain level, the salary is commission based im lucky i was told that first hand and the more questions you ask about why they made certain decisions they feel you are attacking them. Ive never wasted my sleep, time, money for nonsense. Dont even consider going there ever. There are better sales companies that will offer you a environment you can work in, travel allowance and friendly collegues. Real Promotions is a ****. You work there to make the managers and CEO rich.
