WARNING: Stay away from Real Madrid Official Online Store
I'd ordered merchandise from the Real Madrid Official Online Store at the beginning of February. It's April now and my order has still not arrived. Online customer services at this store have been dismissing my request for a refund by diverting focus to another distribution company referring to a tracking investigation that's taking forever.
Steer clear of this ************* business which will take your money but not deliver your order either!

13 Nov 2020, 15:00It is now November 2020 and my order from Real Madrid Online store has never arrived. Even though this store had billed me for shipping with tracking they are taking no responsibility whatsoever for losing my parcel.
