Bad service

I have paid R5500 plus 350 to get help from real legal to clear my name from debt review,it’s been 2 years now and when I call phones don’t get answered and their Watsap platform they have started to just ignore me or they will say someone’s will get back to me,this is so frustrating because my life is stuck and I need to find another company that can assist me,and need this company to pay me back.I’m not happy with the service they have been giving me.
