Realgrowth property development - King's Crossing

Real Growth happens to manage a few complexes in Midrand and Centurion to name a few areas. I recently witnessed how poorly some of their complexes are run. They recently had the power cut off from their complexes in Grand Central area one of which is King's Crossing. The complex hasn't had electricity for almost 2 days now and running due to some unknown reason, one can only say they never paid the service provider. They initially ignored the complaints from the tenants, then eventually started lying to tenants blaming it on City power even going further and sending twitter links that were 6 months old to all tenants. They are not doing anything to aid to the situation, they are now offering the tenants two options - terminate your lease and get your deposit back or stay and have R1000 discount on your next month's rent. This on the 20th of the month, once can imagine that these are not even close to decent solutions to the problem at hand.

If one needs peace of mind avoid living in their complexes at all costs as they do not care about their tenants.
