Bad Service

<p>I'm very upset with the service rendered by the employees of fish and chips in protea gardens mall Soweto. I bought a medium packet of chips with two frankfutters. When they handed me my order I asked if everything was packed in the bag the lady said yes. When I get home the franfutters are not inside. I called them, they said they'll deliver as it is rainy outside and I don't have transport to take me there. It's been now 2 hours I'm waiting. And I'm only 3km away from them. This looks like it's a norm. They are used to robbing people and nothing being done about it. Is this how u operate, by *****ing from your customers? This is really unprofessional.
