False Promises and No Refund After Moving Out!

I am extremely disappointed with the poor service I have received from Rione (Home Finders EastRand) I moved out of the property at the end of August 2025, and to this day, I am still waiting for my deposit refund. Despite numerous follow-ups and promises that payment would be made, nothing has been done.

It has now been over two months, and there has been no communication, no update, and no refund. This level of unprofessionalism and disregard for clients is unacceptable. Returning a deposit is a basic obligation, not a favor.

I strongly advise anyone considering using Home Finders to be cautious, as they do not seem to honor their agreements or treat tenants fairly.
