Over charging
Over charge clients and charge you before even viewing a property. In our complex, a flat rate of R65 for water is charge. Manny charges clients R200. R800 for sanitation and R350 for refuse. This is ridiculous. I know the costs as I have been in the complex for 4 years. When I told him that his pricing is incorrect, I never got the property. I had to pay R200 for a credit check before anything happened. This is not the only property that he is over charging on. On Property 24, another one of his units, in a different complex, has the same charges. Make sure you know the charges in a complex before signing with Manny.
