Real Entrepreneur - mislead and misappropriate funds - buyer beware

I signed up a few years ago when i attended a free or low cost event at Bryanston Country Club. I wanted to attend further courses but couldn't afford it. I made a plan to pay in bits and parted with around 6k. I don't even remember the exact amount or the name of the specific course or the young lady that signed me up and don't have copies of the paperwork. I was never able to complete payment so I did not attend. They love to advertise and punt their money back guarantee but when I queried it they suddenly didn't have records of my "recruitment" application nor of my payment and advised they do not give refunds as its against company policy but I was welcome to a credit against another course, for more money to finance the difference. which naturally, I did not have. I have queried this from time to time but they only occasionally bother to answer and when they do its always the same story. Its a shame as I have attended many of the free and low-cost seminars and they are amazing!!! Funny how many companies are happy to take your money but won't account for it. How do they get around their accountants and SARS.
