Don't treat us like *********

I totally understand why recording is not allowed at the venue for the Kevin Hart show on 30 March. But to be told whilst already seated that cell phones must be SWITCHED OFF is ridiculous. Then to watch fellow audience members being publicly humiliated when approach by as many as 5 bouncers just for touching their cell phone was so unfair and unnecessary. I have a little baby and the nanny was watching her. I needed to check for messages regularly but was terrified with all the threats being thrown at us. We were also told to only use our phones at the toilets, which was far away and I was seated in the middle of the row in the bleacher seats so it was not possible to go to the toilet every FEW minutes! Why not say so in the terms and conditions?! Had we known I would NEVER had bought the tickets since I couldn't enjoy the show worried sick about my child. What gives the organisers the right to throw this rule in our faces at the last minute and be threatened with humiliation or being thrown out without a refund?! Absolutely shocking and very badly handled. ******* recording is the artist's problem, not ours. What if there was an emergency at home and I didn't see the call?
