DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH THIS PLACE. I will be repeating this review monthly until the so called "owner" Rayno makes good of his promise to call me back. Long story short, I took my laptop in for a screen replacement more than 6 weeks ago. There is absolutely no communication from them. I always need to phone them for updates. After weeks, no work was done. Eventually I went to fetch my laptop. I took it back when the screen arrived. After almost a week there was still no feedback. I phoned and was told they haven't started with it. When I went to get my laptop, the touch pad did not work. I left and phoned Rayno. He promised he will get back to me, 3 days later, still no word from him. I was phoned by the technician and told my laptop is ready. When I got there the next day and wanted to pay, both the technicians never gave a code for the screen, so no price was available. So this place wasted my time again. Please note that all of this took place in the middle of my final exams. The only real working and functional person there is Antoinette. If it wasn't for her, I would have totally lost it. Unfortunately a buisness can't function with one good worker. If I was you, get out there while you still can. If the real owner happens to see this, please contact me. Antoinette have my number.
