What an awesome company to deal with. I own a holiday accommodation establishment and the guests started complaining about a very uncomfortable mattress. (Bought less than two years ago from a company in Cape Town) As I could not wait for the relevant company to come and inspect the mattress, I was forced to buy a new mattress. Real Beds not only assisted me in choosing an excellent new mattress, but when they discovered that they are out of stock of the specific mattress, they loaned me one in the interim. Very early the next week they contacted me and delivered the correct mattress. What a team! Thank you!
