Bad service

I am very disappointed in the service I got since last year from real beds cresta.

I request for the mattress to be delivered to my nearest mall. That was 2 weeks if not more.

Today I get a call to tell me that the mattress is at south gate mall because the delivery guy was close to that mall. They tell me it's close to my home, how is that?

I am not getting any help just bad. Since Last I can't believe.
