Worse site ever
Ever since Soccer Shop forced the migration to ReadySetBet, the entire user experience has completely tanked. They forced everyone to reset their passwords, completely wiping out our betting and deposit histories under the guise of an 'upgrade'. As a loyal customer who deposits weekly to participate in promos, the drop in quality is insulting. They stripped away the player 'rain' features on Aviator, heavily restricted community chat to the point where you get banned for using basic words, and filled the site with low-paying spin games (paying as low as 2 cents a spin). The new Aviator server constantly lags, drops balances, logs users out, and fails to load pages without a constant refresh. To make matters worse, the payment system is utterly broken. I made a withdrawal yesterday at 17:24, and exactly 17 hours and 8 minutes later, it is still pending. The old site explicitly gave timeframes (like 30 minutes); this one leaves you completely in the dark. When you try to contact live chat, it is shockingly bad. Agents keep you waiting 30 minutes between responses, completely lack the technical knowledge to solve issues, and repeatedly use the famous automated line: 'Your query has been forwarded to the relevant managerial department.' They offer no timeline, no reference numbers, and abruptly end the chat without a resolution. ReadySetBet was clearly not ready for launch. They owe their regular users transparency and their payouts immediately.
