Quick to accept my money and very poor on delivery of goods

My wife ordered two items on their online shopping website, namely a bracelet and a yoga blanket. This was in November 2016. To date we have still not received any goods after many e-mails have been exchanged with a number of ready set deals employees. We have been answered in the mails and have been instructed each time that the goods will Ben arriving soon. Almost a year later and many e-mails, we have had absolutely no feedback and no goods have ever arrived. We order a lot online and have never experienced such poor and unprofessional service as this. The money that was spent on the purchasing of the goods was deduced from our account immediately and a proof of payment confirmed in an email from this company. I have also asked on many occasions that they please refund us should the goods Ben or of stock but ten again get told the goods are on their way. Do not ever order from 'Ready set deals' as they do not stick to their delivery policy if a delivery ever even occurs. This lack of service and professionalism is unacceptable.
