COMLAINT

On the 01st of April 2026 we paid R13225 for concrete to be delivered to a site in Port Elizabeth. We were advised that only once payment was made would they schedule the delivery.

After numerous phone calls, whatsapp messages and emails we were informed that they could not make the delivery and the order was cancelled. 8 days later after more calls etc, we received a part refund of R4000. However, we have not yet received the balance of the refund.

This needs to be taken up by the Ombudsman. There is only one telephone number, which is aways answered by the same people, only one email address to which they do not respond to, they do not disclose any complaints procedure and the board of directors information is also not disclosed.

DO NOT USE THIS SUPPLIER!!!!!
