very poor and bad experience with Reading Stars

I purchased and paid R734.50 for my son's Prime Maths book for Grade 5 on the 8th December 2020 witht the ***. I reached out to Melinda via email tracking delivery and was asked to email proof of payment which I did immediately. I asked for a refund and up to now I havent received my refund. a bad customer expereince indeed.
