Despite other claims are not email friendly

We cleared our kitchen counters off and waited an hour for the electrician. No one showed, we received no email cancelling nor explaining what was going on, nor apology. Having since communicated with the owner he feels it is our fault we don't have a phone but their replacement (MCAppliances) was on time, and performed all repairs within 50 minutes at a very reasonable price.
