Blown Away! Mr Efficiency of the year!

I see a lot of negative reviews that have nothing to do with the actual service. Most people only review when they have something to complain about. That's not fair on the business and you technician themselves. If I could give 10 stars I would. He was here just now and in 15 minutes, Craig identified what the problem was and had our Samsung washing machine working again! Amazing. So professional and efficient. I will recommend him to anyone! Wow! Side note: He also gave us great advice when we were trying to fix it ourselves. He truly goes above and beyond for anyone in need.
