When it comes to the above, safety, security, loved ones etc. One complaint regarding these values is one complaint too much. This time, I would appreciate a response from someone higher up, because executives, CEOs might not be aware that on the ground ADT/REACT ALARMS are not holding up their mission, values and high level of service promised. Maybe lower the "standards" and then the expectations will be lower too, that way one will not expect what cant be met, Could even lower the charges and fees by less than half, that way, I would be getting what I am paying for and I can assure you that there would be less complaints because expectations, standards, fees and charges will all be Low.
