UTTER SHOCKING SERVICE

I recently asked install an alarm at my house. Due to renovations, I asked the installer (Nigel King) whose number is on the control panel to place the control box in a built-in-cupboard. After a week of saying he was going to come (never pitched up), I phoned the control centre. I was quoted R250 service charged by the service consultant on the phone. He eventually came to do it. Then I received a quote of R675. I explained numerous times that I was quoted R250, and have been asking for the phone recording since the 12 Jan from Raphael Holbeck. This person does not reply to any of my emails. Today I received a bill of R1348, again I asked for the call records, still no response. I have requested the call recording the 12 Jan, 18 Jan, 2 Feb, 19 Feb, 12 April, Today. I still have not received any feedback.
