React Alarms - Empty Promises by Ricky!

Absolutely useless backup service! I got hit by lightning they told me it would take up to 7 days for them to respond - over this time period where everyone is at high risk?! Then they mad an appointment for this morning but did not pitch the whole day?! I saw a missed call where I was in a meeting but there are other contacts on my account and I told them on the day they can come as there is always someone home!

And all this for an involuntary R2000 lightning insurance which they bill you for but then don't have the backup to actually service!

Seems like one security company is as bad as the next!
