Panic Button

I have more than once called and e-mail was send for them to fix up my Alarm instalation,(panic button) i called ADT and they told me that the system is still under gaurantee, I have no contact with Re-Act Alarms and nobody called me back from date the e-mail was send to date. I did not hasitate to pay them when my account was send via e-mail and they requested the proof of payment that I have send to them. :-(
