No customer service
<p>React Alarms are very good at the sales pitch but have no after sales service. </p> <p>I have a tried on numerous occasions to get hold of them after the alarm was struck by lightning. No every returned my call, I had to call ADT direct for them to come and repair. </p> <p> </p> <p>I laid a complaint with ADT which finally triggered a call from Ricky at React. He has promised to attend to the query I had with regards to payment to ADT for the repairs to their alarm system (I don't own it, only rent it). He simply forwards my emails onto someone else who does not respond. </p> <p>I have to constantly phone Ricky to get an update, which is always, there is none, he then promises to call me back. I am yet to get this call and this has been going on since November 2016.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would never recommend this company to anyone as they don't care about the customer and have no customer service. </p> <p> </p> <p>0/5..</p>
