I turned down their quote, now they won't leave me alone.

They came out and did a quote, but to make the alarm Pet Friendly would cost an additional R500! Overall, this installation would cost me R1200 instead of the adverstised R500.

I told them I wasn't interested in the alarm system, but they keep phoning me. This is borderline harassment. One of the calls came in at 07H30 yesterday morning. 3 calls in one week! So I called their manager Michael. I was upset by the time I spoke with him, since ya know, I want to not be in this position at all. What did Michael do? He hung up on me. That's some great customer service there. So, I called again. He hung up again. I called again, since well I wanted to know what Michael would do to stop the harasment, and you know what? He hung up again.

I have escalated this with the ADT Customer care. So yeah, don't give these okes your details if you don't like being called out of office hours.
