Hideous
Dreadful experience, ********** customer service, I reported a faulty key pad & box on the 10/10/2020 up until today it has not been fixed. i was promised the alarm would be fixed in a day from React when reported. Bernadette Holmes the sup. IN charge of the department whom suppose to assist me, is no help she is rather, extremely haughty and unprofessional. The company has been miss leading together with ADT & the tech they sent out Thomas had no idea what he supposed to be doing, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted in the service. I will not recommend them to anyone, because of my own experience.

23 Oct 2020, 07:28 another week pass by and still no assistance. Fidelity with React alarms is disgusting to be covered with. I honestly just want to cancel & I am stuck in a contract with this despicable company's that supposedly work together but have no association and relationship to assist me
