Electricity Meter Reading (****************)

I live in a two bedroom townhouse in the south of Joburg (Cricklewood Complex). My elelctricity bill is being inflated by the so-called indipendent meter readers. We even switch off the geyser but for the past two months my bill has been R2300 and R2154 respectively. Something needs to be done about this.
