React College - Pay my money

My name is Kwami Katshulu I approached React College in Parow to do my artisans plumbing course. unfortunately, me plumbing career ended before it even started. I paid a deposit of R7100. The College said they will phone me when to start. I phone college then thy said the college suspend all training. I ask my money back but until now they are not coming back. it is my right to get a full refund back, as React college neva phone me back. I have borrowed the money and they want the money back. React College must pay back my money. I have submitted my proof of payment and my banking details which they have ask but up to now no money. Please assist on getting my money back.
