The worst nightmare of my life. I was asked to pay a deposit when I arrived, of which I had no problem with I paid. When I left I was given contact details that I can use to request the refund. I was told that it will take 7 to 10 working days to process. My response was "no problem"" after those days. No refund was received, I followed up and asked when it will be paid I got ignored, after I told them I will have to review their treatment I was told I'm bitter, I'm a hoe, I'm a *****, I'm stupid yho the list goes on. This guesthouse is ran by disrespectful people. Who underestimate black women as they claimed that my man isn't my man. That time my man paid full lobola and we decided to visit places before our white wedding. They said I stole a man called be ugly because I am black . I have never seen such my entire life. I have screen shots to show and prove all this as it was said in WhatsApp. I told them I'll expose them and they didn't think I would. I am currently busy suing them. I want them to stop disrespecting black women as they are ******.
