Reunion vacation is delaying to pay back My deposit money

We went there on the 8nov upon arrival we paid 500 card for deposit

Then on the 10th Nov we checked out. I was told we wil get the deposit back after 10 days

Today I Made a follow up..the person am chatting with she's blaming me why I paid with card. They can only process after 10 days .
