False promises for a Solar power system

The system they sold me was that I would be off the grid (i.e. not dependent on Eskom) and that i would have 24 hours back up power. This is however not the case<br> <br> Firstly the Implementation was extremely painful in the it took close to a month to install. there was a constant blaming of third parties for not being able to deliver.<br> <br> Secondly. Finally once the system was completed. it required software configuration. It is now a month down the line and they are still not able to get this system to be perform. Michael has been onsite countless time to try resolved / configure the system with out success.<br> <br> Today i sit with a situation where the system has shut itself down and i have had to resort to reverting back to Eskom.
