AN AGENT IS IGNORING MY REASON TO TERMINATE THE MANDATE CONTRACT FOR SELLING MY HOUSE

I am struggling with cooperation with a remax agent. I started the process of selling my house in September and now circumstances that caused me to want to sell the house have changed. I have taken the mandate I signed with a Remax agent to my attorneys and they have perused the contract and found that there's no termination clause. So in terms of common law, I can furnish the termination of my mandate contract. I have communicated this with the agent and asked that my house be removed from property24 and he was since been ignoring me. I am failing to understand what that means. This is someone has been communicating with me effectively since. So I would like to know what are the steps I need to take to ensure that my house is removed from Property24 and that it is not up for sale no more. My agent is Desmond Mabensela

I also didn't like how he would harass me with calls just to tell me each time that he is just calling me to let me know there's no buyer yet, despite the fact that I would have asked him to communicate with ME WHEN THERE IS A BUYER. Sometimes he would continue to do so even against this wish. He would also show up at my house unannounced and when I am not there. I don't know why he can't respect my wish and use his words to communicate what is wrong instead of just keeping quiet.
