NEVER TAKE YOUR RIMS TO *********** REMAG WHEEL *****

<p>On the 26th of April 2016 i took 4 rims to Remag wheels to be repaired. Ipaid R2250 on the same date. Saturday the 30th of April 2016 i went there to fetch my rims as promised by the contact person as listed on their website "Heinrich Crousé " that they will be finished by Friday the 29th of April, only to find that the rims were not yet finished. Left my vehicle there for them to finish the rims and put them back on the car only to come back an hour later "13:15" and my vehicle was standing on a lift with no rims and i had a meeting to attend to at 14:00 in Midrand. They fitted the rims and i noted right there that they were not properly refurbished which i discussed with Heinrich and we agreed that i must return them for him to refix. </p> <p> </p> <p>On the 14th of May 2016 i took the rims back to them to refix. Heinrich assured me that it will take him only a day to fix. I went back to fetch the rims on the 28th of May 2016 and the rims were not yet fixed. on the 8th of July 2016, a month and 10 days later i went back to fetch the rims and nothing was done on them. I phoned Heinrich before going there and he did not pick up my line and he alleged i never phoned him and that telkom has a tendency of not transmitting calls eventhough the phone was ringing from my side. i showed his assistant that i phoned him around 12. While i was there, he "Heinrich" kept asking me a silly question "Sir what can i do for you" which i responded what can you do after you failed to fix my rims for 2 month(s). He said i must leave the rims and come collect them the next day. My car was already at tyre mart for new tyre fitting, alignment and wheel balancing. I asked him what will i drive while he has my rigs and his answer was he done not have fancy cars to borrow me which i told him i find very insulting. i took my rims and tol him, he must pray i do not get top reverse the funds. i sent him an e-mail requesting my money back and to this date he has not yet responded.</p> <p> </p> <p>Heinrich Crouse and his colleagues are *********** ***** and are HIGHLY ******* BEINGS.</p> <p> </p> <p>I WISH PEOPLE CAN READ THIS AND NO LONGER ENTRUST THEM WITH THEIR SERVICES AND THE SHOP CAN CLOSE DOWN</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
