Mag wheel repairs

i went in to have my mag wheel straightened and my wheel balanced. on arrival they convinced me to check the other wheels of which 2 were discovered to be bend. The wheels were straightened but not balanced, i only felt the car on my way home and they had already closed.I drove to Johannesburg and on the N1 every time i went over a 100km/hr my car started vibrating, like seriously shaking. I called them this morning and no one seems to want to take responsibility, everyone is passing the buck. I had to take the car in somewhere else, which cost me more money to have my car fixed. I will NEVER take my car there, really bad service and poor workmanship. Instead of the employer sorting out my issue and apologizing, she asked me what i wanted her to do and even proceeded to give me an employee who was working on my car to talk to me,meaning i had to repeat myself like an idiot. i suspect they are not using qualified people to this job.....
