Payment made but no repair??

In February 2023 the above company was referred to repair my AEG Freezer, in July 2023 the freezer unfortunately had the same problem, I contacted Ronnie, the owner, and he knew this was under warranty, as per his invoice, but had quite a few excuses and then in the end I paid the R1200.00 for the parts, which he advised he is done and replaced, only for me to find that the freezer still not repaired and after contacting Ronnie for the proof that he replaced the parts he said he will forward the invoice, not received at all, nor my payment back, only for him to, today, advise the parts are discontinued? If so why inform me parts are replaced?? And this freezer was still under warranty, I have the proof and the proof of where Ronnie advised he replaced the parts!
